BREAKING: Katsina’s abducted school boys released

The Governor of Katsina State, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari, has announced the release by his government of the Kankara school boys abducted last Friday in the state.

Boko Haram, in a purported video, was said to have claimed responsibility for the abduction.

Governor Masari had visited President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura few days ago where he briefed him about the situation and the progress his state government was making at releasing the students, having been located.
