BREAKING: Tambuwal handed power as new Chairman of Nigeria Governors’ Forum

Information reaching us at The DEFENDER has it that the indisputably compatible Governor of Sokoto State, Rt Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has taken over the mantle of leadership as Chairman, Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF).

He predecessor and Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi, on Thursday  at the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting, held at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja, transferred power of the NGF to his Sokoto State counterpart and NPF vice chairman of long time, Aminu Tambuwal, whose new position has been justified as meritorious by NGF management.
