“Tinubu should seek the face of God because the North will not appreciate him and he should seek the face of God so that nemesis will not fight back against him. Nemesis is a natural battle – atubotan (consequences). I don’t know if there is solution to it but let him seek the face of God.”
Founder and Spiritual Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Oke Afa, Isolo, Lagos, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele, JP, has released his Warnings to the Nations (WTN) for 2025 and 2026 and beyond with a strong message warning the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria.

In the latest combined edition, which was unveiled at an international press conference at the church’s Achievers Cathedral on Saturday December 20, 2025, Primate Babatunde Ayodele did not mince words as he blamed the problems of Nigeria on Nigerians and added that the “problems of our nation are now demanding for urgent solution.”

Noting that the country is looking more to getting the solution, the Servant of the Most High God who said, “In 2027, Nigerians will vote not only for party but also they will vote for integrity and good character”, warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 will be tempestuous as people of Northern Nigeria, regardless of loyalty or party, will gang up against him.
Primate Ayodele said beginning from the coming year 2026, the political landscape of the country will come with a stormy shift that no matter what Tinubu does to placate the North, the gang up they will mount against him will be so thick that the president needs to watch his back.
Accompanied into the hall by a retinue of drummers and trumpeters, Primate Ayodele opened the session with media practitioners with an expression of gratitude to God “who spared our lives to see another end of the year”.

The prophet thanked members of the press and their respective media organisations that have supported his church by consistently covering his prophesies since 2004, urged them to keep rising stronger against effort of those who want to take away their constitutional power as professionals, adding that, “Past is a waste of paper, present is a newspaper and our future is a question paper. So, we can write but let us write with wisdom, otherwise it will be a waste. Respect people who wear glasses because they pay money to see you.”

Showing profound appreciation more to the pen professionals, Ayodele reaffirmed his commitment to continuing his support for media organisations and journalists who support his course of the Lord, stressing that the role of the press remains crucial in helping society “refocus.”
Continuing he said, “Those who believe so much in this country, in coming 2027 elections, Nigerians will not only vote for party but they will vote for integrity, pedigree, substance and good character. Now, these are highlights of the prophecies. Some Northern elders will gang up against Tinubu. Whatever he is doing will not be appreciated.
Nemesis
“Tinubu should seek the face of God because the North will not appreciate him and he should seek the face of God so that nemesis will not fight back against him. Nemesis is a natural battle – atubotan (consequences). I don’t know if there is solution to it but let him seek the face of God. But Tinubu has done very well and some people will say maybe he has given primate money. I will not say what the Lord has not asked me to say.
“Tinubu should seek the face of God so that his efforts will be appreciated. There is no amount of things he will have done for the North, they will not appreciate him. You will see what is going to happen next year.”
A significant portion of the prophetic session focused on Nigeria’s political future, especially ahead of the 2027 general election.
Primate Ayodele warned of internal betrayals, political realignments, and rising opposition pressure, stating that some elder statesmen and former allies would turn against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. According to him, the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) must pay attention to the South East, North Central, and North East regions, while opposition figures should also “be prepared for unexpected betrayals.”
Local and international highlights
On the party he sees at the front, he said, “Two leading political parties will vie for the next presidency and they will buy votes, but they will be exposed by the EFCC. There will be a gang up against the EFCC chairman. Tinubu and Dangote will fight. State Police will be created but will not be effective. US will still insist on Nigeria’s security issues. Tinubu must warn his family members against taking chieftaincy titled because it will backfire against him. NATO, EU will fight Russia but they will fail.
“Deputy Senate President (God’swill Akpabio) should watch his health and utterances. Tinubu will sack some of his ministers. Not all Tinubu’s ministers who contest the coming elections will win. North will divide into two categories of people and Atiku should watch people he trusts. Ahead of the coming general elections, Atiku should hold tight to the North and work with the South East.
“There will be crisis in Christendom. I foresee shooting in America. Turji Bello will be arrested. Israel-Gaza war won’t end soon but will end in 2026, Law that will criminalise vote-buying will not end well,” he gave a sequence in highlights of the Warnings to the Nation (WTN) in his press conference address, adding, “Let us appreciate those who call us political prophets. It is good.”
As for the elections he warned that the Independent National Electoral Commission should watch it because, “INEC office will be on fire and the chairman must watch his back because, if the proper thing is not done, there will be uprising that will lead to the office of INEC being set on fire.”
Military coup
There were many other prophetic highlights that Primate Ayodele gave from what he described as 146-page latest Warnings to the Nations (WTN). They include that, “Another coup is imminent in Republic of Benin except Talon stops this idea of changing the Constitution to favour himself.”
Answering questions, he said giving prophecies is not his only duty as religious leader. “I have supported not less than 2,000 youths in the universities taking care of mainly their school fees and accommodations. The least expect, the touts on the streets I have kept 10 area boys off the street and have empowered them accordingly but I don’t like to make noise about what I do.”
Islam and Christianity
On why he allows prayers to be said in the Islamic way during his church event, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele, who does not shy away from slamming Christian Association of Nigeria and Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, said, “They are talking about religious genocide but, in our church, we are talking religious harmony and that there is no religious genocide in Nigeria. That is why we ask Muslim to in accordance with Islamic way before the commencement of our programme in our church and we also ask Christian to pray the Christian way. If you like, call our church Christian-Islam or Christian Arabic, that is your own.”
Obi, Otti, Labour and ADC
He said, “Peter Obi should go and negotiate for number two, otherwise, if he wants to remain in Labour, he will labour in vain. Otti should go to ADC and leave Labour so he doesn’t labour in vain. ADC has chances of winning the 2027 election and Atiku is the liver. But Atiku should to the North to hold North night and work on the South East.
Using biblical references from the books of Kings and Chronicles, Servant of the Most High God emphasised that true prophecy is not about pleasing leaders, saying what they want to hear or echoing public opinions.
He said, “Some people want us to speak their hearts, not the heart of God,” noting that prophets are often misunderstood, attacked, or misrepresented because they refuse to compromise divine messages. And he went on, drawing from scriptural examples, to remind the practitioners present that time remains the ultimate judge of truth. “Do not fight for your name. Let time fight for you,” he declared, adding that, “The same people who laughed will bow their heads in shame. God will defend you silently and bless you loudly.”
He also urged Nigerians to cultivate positive thinking, warning that persistent negativity attracts problems. “If you cannot make happiness, then be an eraser that erases sadness. Past is a newspaper and future is a newspaper. Respect people who wear glasses, they pay money to see you. Problems of our nation are demanding urgent solution. If you think of blessings, you will attract blessings. If you think of problems, you will attract problems,” he said.
