Turkey and US will launch a joint strategic mechanism in the capital Ankara to expand further the bilateral cooperation, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
The statement added that the US welcomes Ankara’s ‘efforts to facilitate just, negotiated diplomatic solution’ to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
