Sokoto State Zakat and Endowment Fund’s Ramadan magnanimity in picture with Wazirin Sokoto, Sambo Junaidu, other notable featuring

The Sokoto State Zakat and Endowment Fund has been full of activities since His Eminence the Sultan of Sokoto and Amirul Mu’mineen of Nigeria, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, declared termination of Sha’ban and commencement of Ramadan fast on Sunday 5 May 2019.

Its activities mainly during the holy month is to see to the welfare of fasting Muslims and dignitaries in the state have been featured in helping present gifts of varied degrees to the beneficiaries.  They include the Waziri of Sokoto, Professor Sambo Junaidu, among others.

The Sokoto State Zakat and Endowment Fund has thrived under the leadership of Mallam Lawan Maidoki with overall supervision by the Sultan.
