Russia is not going to close itself from anyone and is ready to work with all partners who want it, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with government members on Thursday.

“We ourselves are not going to hide from anyone. We are open to work with all our partners, foreign partners who themselves want this,” Putin said.

According to the head of state, the rights of foreign investors who remain to work in Russia must be reliably protected.

“In this regard, the rights of those of our foreign investors and colleagues who remain in Russia and work in Russia must be reliably protected. I ask the government not to lose sight of this,” he said.

The President also demanded to act decisively in response to the closure of enterprises in Russia by foreign owners, to introduce external management.

“With regard to those who are going to close their production, it is necessary to act decisively and in no case allow any damage to local suppliers, Russian suppliers of some component materials. Then, as the Prime Minister suggested, it is necessary to introduce external management and then transfer these enterprises to those who want to work. There are enough legal, market tools,” Putin said.
