Russia’s human rights commissioner, Tatyana Moskalkova, regrets that the OSCE report on Ukraine entirely consists of Ukrainian fake news containing charges against Russia.

Moskalkova said on her Telegram channel that in the OSCE report on events in Ukraine on February 24 – April 1 analysts arrived art the conclusion that Russian forces were responsible for shelling Mariupol’s maternity hospital and drama theater.

“It is regrettable that the OSCE report consists entirely of fake news accusing Russia. I have to stress that this kind of approach by no means agrees with the principles of US and European systems of analysis and journalism, which require presenting the opinion of all parties concerned,” Moskalkova said on her Telegram channel.

At the same time, she remarked that “nothing new has happened, because the OSCE mission for seven years painstakingly ignored the Ukrainian army’s bombardments of civilians in Donbass.”

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin in response to a request for help from the leaders of the Donbass republics launched a special military operation in Ukraine. He stressed that Moscow had no plans for an occupation of Ukraine, its sole purpose being demilitarization and denazification of the country.

The Russian Defense Ministry said that its forces were avoiding strikes against Ukrainian cities. Its smart weapons eliminate Ukraine’s military infrastructures.
