Today marks the ninth month since our brother, AbdulAzeez Sulaiman, was brutally attacked by a pastor and a group of soldiers in Oke Imuse Iseyin, Oyo State. Despite the case being in court, justice has yet to be served.

A Young man, Mr. Abdulazeez Suleiman, was brutally wounded with his two wives, while some other family members sustained injuries on Sunday, 16th June 2024 when a pastor and his son with a gang of soldiers attacked them while slaughtering their Cow for Eleyaa festival in front of their house at Barracks area of Iseyin, Oyo State.

The Muslim community is appalled and frustrated by the delay in justice. The community condemns the lack of urgency and attention given to the case, which has left AbdulAzeez Sulaiman and his family suffering for far too long.

Amb.Mallam Ibrahim Agunbiade, an executive member of the Muslim community in Oyo State. Urge the court to expedite the case and deliver justice swiftly.

I am deeply concerned about the slow pace of justice and the lack of accountability for the perpetrators.

I call on the court to expedite the case and deliver justice without further delay.

Relevant authorities should ensure the perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.

I request the media to highlight this case and provide coverage to ensure that justice is served.

It’s a threat to Humanity.
Injustice in all its forms, is a menace that threatens the very fabric of our society. When we condone or perpetuate injustice, we undermine the fundamental human rights and dignity of individuals. Every person, regardless of their background, race, or creed, deserves to be treated fairly and justly.

Injustice can have far-reaching consequences, leading to feelings of marginalization, resentment, and anger. It can also perpetuate cycles of violence and retaliation, causing harm to individuals and communities.

As humans, it is our collective responsibility to promote justice, equality, and compassion. We must recognize the inherent worth and dignity of every person and strive to create a world where everyone is treated with fairness and respect.

Let us stand together against injustice and work towards building a more just and equitable society for all.
