Femi Adesina to deliver lecture, as Kogi NUJ marks Press Week

Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari, Chief Femi Adeshina, is among dignitaries to be honoured by the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Kogi State chapter.

The President’s spokesman, who is among three other personalities to be honoured during the state NUJ Press Week scheduled to start today, will also deliver a lecture on “The Media and News Reporting in an Election Year”, at the Grand Finale of the Press Week in Lokoja on August 16.

Mr. Momoh-Jimoh Adeiza, chairman of the council, who disclosed these in Lokoja, said NUJ was poised to contribute its quota to national development through programmes and activities that provide answers to national questions.

Other awardees are Professor Seidu Ogah, DG, NASRDA; Dr Rajab Naibi, an industrialist and Alhaji Haruna Yusuf, CSO to Edo State governor, among others.
