Deji of Akure joins Tinubu, Ooni, Etsu Nupe, others to grace Gov Uzodinma’s book launch

The Deji and Paramount Ruler of Akure Land, Oba Dr Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, on Tuesday September 30, 2025, joined eminent Nigerians and foremost traditional Rulers from across the country to attend the book launch of the Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzondinma which was held at the newly inaugurated Emmanuel Iwunanyawu International Conference in Owerri.
The book titled “A Decade of Impactful Progressive Governance in Nigeria” detailing the All Progressives’ Congress governance journey over the past ten years.
During the book launch, President Tinubu allayed fears of religious intolerance in the country. President Tinubu told the crowd at the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu Convention Centre: “Let me also say this clearly, Nigeria is a proud, sovereign nation built on the faith and resilience of its people. Here, no faith is under siege, no community is excluded.
The event was attended by Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, the All Progressive Congress APC national chairman, two former APC Chairmen, Adams Oshiomhole and Umar Ganduje, governors of APC states, and the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti.
The event was also attended by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, Tajudeen Abbas, speaker of the House of Representatives, Deputy Speaker, Deputy Senate President, former Senate Presidents, Sen. Pius Anyim Pius, and Ahmad Lawan, were also at the event.
Others include the founding Chairman of the APC, Bisi Akande, and former Governor of Ogun State, Segun Osoba.
Traditional Rulers at the event includes, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Etsu Nupe, the Gbong Gwom of Jos, the Obong of Calabar, the Obi of Onitsha, the Alara of Epe amongst other eminent Traditional Rulers
