‘Chief! I like this Attire’, Humorous Buhari admires Femi Adesina’s Igbo dress
As he was set for his South East campaign outing, recently, on board Nigeria Air Force Presidential Jet 001, President Muhammadu Buhari, a man noted for his sense of humour, had his eyes strayed away from the newspaper he was reading to his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, who is Nwanne di Namba of Nmaku Kingdom, Awgu Local Government, Enugu State, and Ugo Mba of Isieketa, Isiala Ngwa Local Government, Abia State.
Sighting Adesina, the President screamed in admiration, “Chief! I like this attire”.
It is however not clear if the Ipetumodu, Osun State-born Igbo double chief would consider the President deserving of his own set of the admired attire.
With Chief Adesina, while the President made this admiration known, was the State Chief of Protocol, Ambassador Lawal Kazaure.
They then proceeded to Enugu and Anambra wehre the President and other leaders of All Progressives Congress (APC) sought a re-election in the next month presidential, national assembly and march state elections and had since returned to Abuja, the Seat of Power, where they reside.
