Buhari named Chairman as APC unveils Presidential Campaign Council 2019, Amaechi DG, as Dangote, Otedola, others make list of advisers

*Tinubu, co-chairman, Osinbajo, Oshiomhole deputy chairmen, as Amosun, Okorocha, Shittu excluded

Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has unfolded the list of its 2019 Presidential Campaign Council members.

According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the Presidential Campaign Council 2019 has President Muhammadu Buhari himself as Chairman with former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as co-Chairman while Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, APC National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole are to serve as deputy chairmen of the APC Presidential Campaign Council whose Director General is Minister of Transport, Chief Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi.
