Bola Ajibola congratulates Sultan of Sokoto at 65

Retired World Court Judge, Prince Bola Ajibola (SAN), has sent his congratulatory message to the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, who clocks 65 Tuesday 24 August, 2021.

In a statement titled, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIS EMINENCE AT 65”, personally signed by the near nanogenarian made available to The DEFENDER o Tuesday, the Sultan’s role in patriotically working with government to keep Nigeria together as a united entity for the good of all was highlighted.

Ajibola, a former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation in Nigeria, said he was congratulating Sultan for the many good he has contributed to peace, unity and development of the country and doing it on behalf of himself, the Crescent University Absolute, whose honourary doctorate degree the Sariki Musulumi holds, the Islamic Mission for Africa (IMA) and the entire Ajibola Family.

The Olori Omo Oba of Owu Kingdom said: “I congratulate His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, the Sultan of Sokoto, as he clocks 65 today 24 August, 2021.

“While I acknowledge that as leader of Muslims he does not celebrate birthday, I however believe that, since there can be no better time to roll out our appreciation of his majestic and patriotic place in the sustained unity of Nigeria, despite challenges, this day of his birth anniversary is worth a mention.

“We congratulate His Eminence and pray for Allah’s mercy on him as we say Happy birthday, long life and prosperity to him,” Bola Ajibola said.
