APGA BoT secretary dumps party for APC

The Secretary Board of Trustees (BoT) of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Alhaji Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, has resigned and has subsequently joined the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).
Alhaji Shinkafi disclosed this, while addressing his teeming supporters at his resident in Gusau, Samfara State capital on Monday.
The former APGA’s BoT scribe said he decided to decamp to APC after all the necessary consultations with the relevant stallholders, mostly his supporters in APGA from all the local government areas in the state.
He further said after the consultations he decided to follow the state Governor Bello Matawalle to join the APC.
Alhaji Sani said it was the development stride of Governor Bello Matawalle that motivated him to dump APGA and join the Governor wherever he goes.
He further said that he decided to follow the Governor so that he could contribute and assist in tackling the problems confronting the state.
He reiterated his commitment and determination to assist in tackling the insecurity, poverty and banditry in the state.
Alhaji Sani Shinkafi thanked the APGA Board of Trustees for giving him the opportunity to serve the party and said they did not offend him in anyway but that he left due to his desire to serve his state.
He appealed to his teeming supporters to continue giving their support to the administration of Governor Bello Matawalle and thanked all APGA supporters for supporting while he served as the National Secretary of APGA and secretary board of trustees as well as several times a gubernatorial candidate of the party in zamfara State.
