Breaking up Nigeria can’t be automatic – Lauretta Onochie
President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Social Media, Mrs. Lauretta Onochie, in a tweet on Sunday, educated people calling for the breakup of Nigeria that it would not be an automatic thing but through a voting system.
She said all Nigerians would vote in a referendum to decide if the country should break or not, adding that the result of such possible voting was in the pre-knowledge meaning that no breakup agent will laugh in the end.
Lauretta Onochie in the tweet said: ‘It’s the breakup of our country you want. So all of us will vote. ‘We will all decide if we want to break up or not. We all know the result.’ Referendum: @Laurestar fights for Nigeria

@Laurestar How can we know the result until we vote?
If it will ever be that simple.
What do you know about referendum? Every Nigerian of voting age will vote. We will just allow Kwara or Lagos state to defeat you squarely https://twitter.com/chimbiko_jerome/status/881399382993760260 …
