Governor Matawalle rounds off first phase of second term zonal campaign rally
* Promises to end banditry in the state.

The Governor of Zamfara State, Muhammad Bello Matawalle has promised to end banditry in the state if reelected as Governor of the state for the second time.
Governor Bello Matawalle made the promise during a zonal rally in the Bungudu local government that represents the central zone of the State.
He said the State has been battling with the issues of insecurity for a long time and pledge to end it as soon as he returned for the second time.
He said the State Government would continue to support and collaborate with all the security agencies to keep the state safer.
He further said more attention would be given to rural development and general infrastructural development in the areas health, education, roads, water supply, agriculture and all other human endeavor that requires government assistance.
He appealed to the people of the State, particularly APC supporters to give him another chance to develop the State to enviable standard.
Also speaking during the campaign the chairman Zamfara state gubernatorial campaign council, the former governor of the State Alhaji Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari also Zamfara south senatorial candidate asked the people of the state to vote for all APC candidates across board.
All former Governors of the State address the gathering with a charge to vote for APC.
