Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday discussed Ukraine and G20 with his Indonesian counterpart Joko Widodo, the Kremlin’s press service has said.
“At Joko Widodo’s request Putin explained Russia’s vision of the situation in Ukraine in the context of the ongoing special military operation,” the news release reads.
Also, the presidents discussed Russian-Indonesia cooperation and various aspects of G20 activities in the context of Jakarta’s presidency of the group, the Kremlin said.
The conversation was requested by the Indonesian side. The leaders agreed on further contacts.
