BOLA IGE MURDER: AGF, IGP asked to conclude investigation of Iyiola Omisore

A call has gone to the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice in Nigeria, Malam Abubakar Malami (SAN), and the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Alhaji Usman Alkali Baba, to reopen the investigation into the murder of former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Chief Bola Ige, in order to bring the issue to a logical conclusion.

This call, reportedly, was made by a group known as The Justice Movement, which also threatened to go to court to seek an order of Mandamus compelling the AGF and IGP to do so, if they refuse to perform the functions of their offices as demanded.

In a release signed by the group’s Secretary, Olalekan Olusola, the The Justice Movement lamented how those suspected of culpability in the Bola Ige’s murder have been walking freely while dancing on the grave of the respected sage and late former Second Republic Governor of Old Oyo State.
