Barely 24 after he handed over the reigns of office to his successor, Brigadier General Mohammad Yerima, the immediate past Director Army Public Relations (DAPR), Brigadier General Sagir Musa, has been lauded as a fantastic military image maker, who represented the image of the Army well.
A Nigeria-based lawyer, Barrister Aminu Muhammed Ohunene, eulogising the fine officer in an electronic message seen by The DEFENDER, said:

Your office was held diligently with Passion , dedication, ethically disciplined.
“Your service was tremendously recorded with hardwork.
“You have worked very hard all these years and the results of your hardwork was fruitful.
“U are such a remarkable humanbeing.
“Ur perfection and brilliance is terrific.
“You did an amazing job
“U embodied hardwork and optimism.
“U were an asset to the whole department.
“I wish u happiness, health and alot of joyous moment. Cheers!!!”
Gen. Sagir Musa took over as a Colonel and Acting Director Army Public Relations on February 14, 2019. He was later confirmed substantive DAPR and promoted also as Brigadier General of the Nigeuan Army.
