Apparently delighted to the depth of his heart, President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, said the Nigerian Army, as a well trained force, and Governor Aminu Bello Masari as Chief Security Officer of Katsina State, are praiseworthy for the timely release of Kankara school students which happened on Thursday.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Nigeria Armed Forces said both the Army from his own Federal side, having been ordered by him to go after the abductors as earlier reported by The DEFENDER, and the governor had been up and doing in the arrangements that led to safe release unhurt of the kid students.

The news of the release on Thursday reportedly sent disappointment to a Coalition of Northern Groups suspected to be related to conflict-thirty Aisha Yesufu, which already launched their #BringBackOurBoys campaign only for its “hope” to be dashed under minutes from launch.

The DEFENDER reports that since the news of the boys release broke, this coalition has not felicitated with either the Federal Government, the state government or the families of the kidnap victims now in freedom.

A respondent, whose name was asked not to be mentioned, has however condemned those Nigerian media and individuals, whose area of important has been whether the military paid ransomed or not.

He said: “That does not concern them. The important thing is the boys are back. Full stop;”
