Reward of Loyalty: Group lauds APC, President Buhari over Shehu Sani’s APC automatic ticket

A group, Kaduna Patriotic Front, has commended the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for planning to issue Senator Shehu Sani, automatic ticket to represent the Kaduna Central Senatorial zone as a candidate in the 2019 election.

The group in statement co-signed by Muhammad Ishaq, President and Luka Bodams, General Secretary, thank President Muhammadu Buhari and the party chairman Adams Oshomhole, for rewarding the Senator for his loyalty to the party.

The statement read: “We wish to commend President Mohammadu Buhari and the leadership of the All Progressive Congress APC under the Chairmanship of Com. Adams Oshiomhole for keeping to their promise to reward loyal Senators. By this we are now happy and assured that Sen. Shehu Sani will be the party’s flag bearer during the general elections for kaduna central senatorial zone in 2019.

“Under the unblemished leadership of Com. Oshiomhole, the APC has regained it’s amiable place in the hearts of all patriotic Nigerians. We have witnessed a sustained demonstration of maturity and a great sense of good leadership in the management of the party.

“This decision of the party to reward loyal Senators, we believe will boost party loyalty and be a great compensation for those who stood by the party and the president during their time of trials. We wish to also congratulate Sen Shehu Sani who has shown to us what quality representation is all about.

“We cannot forget how against all odds, persecutions and intimidations, and unnecessary distractions, Sen Shehu Sani stood firm and gave the people of Kaduna Central  quality representation at the red chamber. We hope that the impending return of Sen Shehu Sani to the Senate will afford him the opportunity do even better in the next dispensation.

“We call on all party faithfuls to remain steadfast and stand by the decisions of  the Adams Oshiomhole led National leadership of the party and put all hands on deck for a total APC victory in the general elections.”
