President Buhari mourns late Reps’ Deputy Majority Leader, Umar Jibril, commiserates with Audu Ogbe over loss of brother

President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with family of the Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Umar Buba Jibril, who passed on early Friday.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, stated this in a statement he issued in Abuja on Friday.
According to Shehu, the President sympathises with the leadership and members of the House of Representatives in particular and the National Assembly in general, over the sad demise of the “humble and vibrant national legislator.”
President Buhari also extended heartfelt condolences to the people of Kogi State whom the late lawmaker represented creditably for many years at both the state and national legislatures.
The President prays that Allah will comfort all who mourn the late Jibril and grant his soul eternal rest.
Also, the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, have described the death of the Rep Jibril as big loss to the country.

In the meantime, the President has commiserated with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh, over the passing of his younger brother, Clement Ogbeh.
Mala Garba Shehu, a presidential spokesman, said in a statement on Friday.
The President sends his condolences to the immediate family, the Otukpa community of Benue State and friends of the deceased, who worked at the Central Bank of Nigeria and is being buried today.
President Buhari prays that God will comfort the family of the departed, and grant his soul eternal rest.
