Osinbajo monitors TraderMoni activities in Lagos markets

The Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Tuesday continued his tour of some markets in Lagos State.

Professor Osinbajo is visiting the markets to monitor the activities of the Federal Government’s free-interest loan scheme, TraderMoni.

Despite the criticism of the scheme by the Southern and Middle Belt Leaders Forum, the Vice President visited the markets in Obalende and Makoko areas of the state.

Professor Osinbajo, who met with some beneficiaries of the scheme, had also visited the markets in Ikotun, Igando, and Egbeda areas of the state on Monday.

He was accompanied on the visit by the state governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, and some top government officials.
