Nigeria’s representatives in World School Basketball Championship land in Serbia

The two secondary schools in Bayelsa State, which won the male and female category of the 2022 Milo Secondary School Basketball Championship, Bishop Dimeari Grammar School and St Jude’s Girls Secondary School, have landed in Belgrade, the Serbian capital, to compete at the ISF World School Basketball Championship.

Both schools are representing Nigeria in the Male and Female category at the championship.

The Nigerian contingent to the championships includes the First Lady of Bayelsa State, Dr. Gloria Ebibomo Diri, with President of the Nigeria School Sport Federation (NSSF), Mrs Olabisi Joseph, and the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Education, Dr Gentle Emelah.
