NIGERIAN CONTROVERSY: NANS Benin convenes meeting of stakeholders today

President of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Republic of Benin, Rt. Hon. Ikenna Favour, has called for a meeting of all stakeholders over the controversy happeningby government of the home country, Nigeria regarding the legitimacy of degree certificates obtained from Republics of Benin and Togo.

The meeting, according Favour, will hold at 7:00pm today with venue being online via meet.google.com/hmz-rzxz-erg

In a circular titled, “NOTICE TO ALL REGISTRARS, STUDENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND GRADUATES FROM BENIN REPUBLIC”, The Benin NANS President gave reasons for the meeting.

“You are cordially invited to a crucial meeting scheduled for 7:00pm today. The purpose of this gathering is to address pressing concerns and find swift solutions.

“Agenda: – Update from registrars on their efforts to resolve the issue – Open forum for students and stakeholders to share their concerns and suggestions.

“Your presence is highly valued, and we encourage active participation to ensure a productive meeting. Let’s work together to find a timely resolution.”
