Minister of Interior, Aregbesola, to visit Grand Mufti of Yoruba Land Wednesday

Information reaching The DEFENDER from Iwo says the Honourable Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, will pay a courtesy visit to Sheikh Daood Imran Molaasan, the Grand Mufti of Yoruba Land Wednesday 16  February, 2022.

The visit will be for the Minister to also congratulate Sheikh on his installation as the Grand Mufti of Yorubaland.

The Minister will be met at the Daaru Hijira, the city of Alfas of Iwo during the visit.

According to Grand Mufti Media, which posted the statement in its verified Facebook page Tuesaday morning,  Aregbesola was described as, “An icon, the treasure of Yorubaland, the father of Osun State politics, the best Governor Osun State ever had and the current Minister of Interior.”
