Michael Adeyanju, APC chieftain, greets OSOPADEC’s boss, Prince Poroye, over NBA Award

All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Engr. Michael Adeyanju, has congratulated the Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Prince Biyi Poroye, on his recognition by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) with the highly coveted Friend of the Bar award.

The award, conferred during the 2025 Law Week of the NBA Akure Branch, held at the International Culture and Event Centre (The Dome), Akure, the capital city of Ondo State, where individuals whose contributions have significantly strengthened the legal community, advanced justice, and supported the professional welfare of legal practitioners were celebrated.

Prince Poroye, widely regarded for his dynamic leadership and commitment to grassroots development, was honored for his consistent advocacy, philanthropy, and partnership with institutions that uphold the rule of law.

In a statement issued on Friday, Engr. Adeyanju described Poroye’s recognition as “well-deserved and inspiring,” noting that the OSOPADEC Chairman has demonstrated exceptional public service marked by courage, innovation, and inclusiveness.
