Gen. Olanrewaju condoles El-Rufai family over death of mother

Former Minister of Communications Retired Major General Tajudeen Olanrewaju has condoled the El-Rufai Family of Kaduna, particularly a close family friend, Bashir El-Rufai, and his younger brother former Governor of Kaduna State Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai on the demise of their mother, Umma.
In a statement released on Monday March 30, 2026 by his media office, General Olanrewaju sympathized with the El-Rufai family, including Bashir El-Rufai, whom he described as a former close associate during his time at the Ministry of Communications.
