Ex-Ondo Military Governor Ahmed Usman, Buhari’s Political Adviser Babafemi Ojudu, others attend Oyemekun Festival 2017

The former Military Governor of old Ondo State, Col. Ahmed Usman (Rtd), joined the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters, Senator Babafemi Ojudu and other dignitaries to honour the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, who led the Akure people in celebration of Oyemekun Festival 2017 in Akure, Ondo State capital on Saturday.

Col. Usman, who also served as military governor of old Oyo State, came from his country home of Amkpa in Kogi State to visit Akure, capital of a state he once ruled as an Army officer.

He told The DEFENDER that he was happy to be with the Deji of Akure on his Day of Oyemekun Festival.
