An accomplished international figure since her impactful years with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID), Dr. Ogunlayi has consistently exemplified excellence, compassion, and dedication to service. Her journey reflects not only professional distinction but also a deep-rooted commitment to humanity.

Marking her 60th birthday, Dr. Ogunlayi attributes her life’s journey to the boundless mercy of Allah.
