Despite 2023 “loss”, I remain committed to well-being of Lagosians, says Rhodes-Vivour

*Launches Web app 'Our Lagos'

Governorship Candidate for Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has reiterated his commitment to continued support for the wellness and wellbeing of Lagosians.

He made this known as he recently launched a new mobile application aimed at providing economic opportunities and policy information to Lagos residents in honour of the magnanimous support he received from them during the 2023 gubernatorial election.

The Web app, known as “Our Lagos,” offers users access to grants, skill development programs, job opportunities, and information about Rhodes-Vivour’s policy proposals for Lagos State.

Speaking at the launch event, Rhodes-Vivour described the initiative as “a practical tool to empower the people who believe in a better Lagos.”

Rhodes-Vivour emphasised that, “It’s about demonstrating a different approach to leadership – one centered on service, accountability, and genuinely improving lives.”

The new platform which features three main components: a grant program for small businesses and entrepreneurs, skill development courses tailored to current market demands, and a job portal connecting users with employment opportunities through partnership with private companies.

The app also includes a section dedicated to policy discussions, where users can access detailed information about Rhodes-Vivour’s vision for Lagos State across sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and economic development.

It is important to know that, the Our Lagos App is the first of it’s kind in Lagos and he enjoins Lagos residents to access bounty opportunities via www.ourlagos.ng
