The Alara of Ilara Kingdom, Ilara-Epe, Lagos State, Alayeluwa Oba Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, has sent his heartfelt condolence message to the his friend and Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, over the death of his father in-law, Alhaji Abubakar Imam Galadanchi.
Late Galadanchi died in London after a protracted illness, last Saturday July 8, 2023
In an exclusive message to The DEFENDER Thursday morning, Oba Ogunsanwo regretted that the late great leader, whose great daughter has been great companion to the Chairman, National Traditional Rulers Council of Nigeria (NTRCN) as wife of inestimable qualities, had to leave at this time.
He, however, found his consolation in the fact that only God gives life and takes it and “that exactly is what has happened. So, we have no control over this but can only pray to God should accept him as his beloved servant, forgive him his shortcomings and report his gentle soul in Al-Jannah Firdaus”, the Alara prayed.
