Crescent varsity gets 100% in Nursing exam

The nursing undergrads of Crescent University, Abeokuta have secured one hundred percent in the just concluded professional examination conducted by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria in May 2024.

Breaking the news to the vice chancellor, Prof. Ibraheem Gbajabiamila, the head of department, Mr Ademola Shafi unveiled that “the result undoubtedly is a reflection of the outcome of our academic activities since the establishment of the department in the College of Health Sciences after two years “.

Ademola said he was delighted that not only did the Nursing students achieved one hundred percent pass but ” three of our students have credits in oral/practical”.

He said the success recorded was not a night flight but that his team had strategic plans towards the examination.

He used the occasion to express his gratitude to the university management, all faculty members and parents whom he described as “parents of nurses.”

He also emphasized the urgent need to set up the departmental computer-based room

Receiving the head of department, his team and students of Nursing,the vice chancellor congratulated the students on behalf of the Proprietor,Prince Adesegun Ajibola SAN and the university management.

He said kudos should be given to parents for investing so much to see their children at the top while also charging the next batch of students who would be taking their professional examination in November 2024 to buckle up.
