Crescent varsity celebrates 100% Nursing exam success

It should be recalled that Crescent University Department of Nursing is now reputed for one hundred percent performance in public examinations organized by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
The management of Crescent University, Abeokuta led by its vice chancellor, Prof. Ibraheem Gbajabiamila, have received with jubilation, the good news of one hundred percent success recorded by students of Department of Nursing in the recently concluded 2026 NMNC Professional Examinations.
Breaking the news, the Head of Department of Nursing, Dr Shafiu Adewole Ademola stated as follows:
“I am pleased to inform you, Sir, that the Department of Nursing, Crescent University Abeokuta, scored *100% pass* in the just concluded Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Professional Exam for March 2026.
“We could not have achieved this so greatly without your continued support”, he concluded.
In a similar vein, in a letter addressed to the Crescent University Parents Forum, Dr Shafiu expressed inter alia that “on behalf of the Department of Nursing, Crescent University, Abeokuta, I extend our heartfelt appreciation for your invaluable financial and moral support during the just concluded Professional Midwifery Examination organised by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
“We are delighted to share that, by the grace of God and through the collective efforts of all stakeholders, our students recorded an outstanding 100% pass rate.
” This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without your unwavering commitment, encouragement, and belief in your children, the vision of the department and my humble self in particular”.
According to Dr Shafiu, the 400-level students of Crescent University who took part in the public examination, distinguished themselves with their exceptional performance as most other institutions who pertook in the examination presented their 500-level students.
