“If you see Accord members, kill them”, APC Senator reportedly orders supporters

“If this APC senator’s killer order has been carried out, the likes of Sunday Igboho and other anti-Islam Yoruba Nation elements would have easily tagged it on Fulani and what some of their Christian members call killer-religion. So, it is getting clearer how politicians have caused security challenges in Yoruba Land and pushed it to Fulani and Muslims” he said.
The Osun East, South West Senator, Francis Fadahunsi, has reportedly asked his supporters to kill members of the Accord Party (AP) ahead of the Osun State’s Saturday August 15, 2026 governorship election.
In a video shared on X on Tuesday by David Adeleke (Davido), Afrobeat singer, the All Progressives Congress (APC) senator, who spoke in Yoruba, asked supporters to lynch members of the Accord Party.
“From now on, whenever you see Accord members, kill them. I authorise you to kill them. They have wives and children too,” Fadahunsi said.
“This is a federal government election. On election day, even if they come with voter cards, we won’t allow them to vote.
“What kind of life is that? If we hear anything about Accord in Ilesa here, record me and go and tell them. Tell them, the cap they are putting on is a bad one, a yellow one.
“So, we have come to tell you now, from now till the election day, if we see them, kill them.”
In May, gunmen killed Kolade Eluyera, son of the women leader of the Accord Party in Irewole Local Government Area of Osun state.
In August, a coalition of civil society organisations said 13 of the 30 local government areas in the state had been classified as high-risk, citing reported killings, attacks, political abductions, shootings, and violence around local government secretariats.
The alleged political rascality by Senator Fadahunsi has led to an anonymous reaction saying, “This is essentially and truly new world order whereas God is expositing the United States of America and Israel as to be behind the security challenges that have dragged the peace and progress of humanity globally, while also exposing how the post-Buhari APC stalwarts are behind the crisis that Nigeria has suffered lately.
