party can be proud of seasoned individuals who are eminently competent to handle the affairs of the state perfectly.”
The AA state boss, who declined to mention names however said, “when we get to the bridge we shall cross it,” assuring however that, “our people will be satisfied with whoever we will present to them as our flagbearer after the whistle is blown for primaries across the parties.”
Omo-Aje stated with authority that, “our party has strong presence and formidable structures across the state,” boasting that, “ours is a grassroots party with people’s oriented programmes that will bring the practical change that the citizenry are yearning for all this while.”
Speaking on membership drive, he informed that the way people are seeking after the party’s membership cards, is overwhelming, adding that, “the caliber of people trooping into the party and making consultations with us will surprise you.”
“As it stands now,” the AA chieftain continued, “we are going to be the cynosures of all eyes in the coming election as we stand the chance of being a giant killer in the contest,” warning that, “any party that underrates us will have itself to blame.”
While concluding, the state party chairman said, “our preparation is already sending alarming signals to all other parties including the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC),” stating that, “in 2018, any party that stands in the way of AA’s moving train would do so at its own peril.”
