How we asked for our present conditions…plus questions to my beloved President on new mantra of “Buhari used Nigerian crude for loan”

By KEMI KASUMU

…do we not have our cup full now as we now have unprecedented situation of over 1000% (one thousand percent) increase on price of fuel and dollar exchange rate?

They said under Buhari Mele Kyari used our crude to take loan and that there is no crude to be sold again. And since under Buhari’s 8 years government until Tinubu’s 1 year 3 months government so far, Nigeria has continued to earn its revenue in an economy we know only crude oil as economic cash cow, to the extent that Tinubu can boastfully say Nigeria’s earning has hit over a trillion now far higher than before, where did Buhari earn his improved revenue from at that time and where is Tinubu earning his higher reveniew from if not oil?

Once you eat your cake, can you have it again? You have no crude to sell, THAT IS WHY YOU CANNOT SELL CRUDE TO DANGOTE REGINERY, but after you made a smear publication to say Dangote Refinery’s products are substandard and Alhaji Aliko Dangote revealed that the Lagos’ indigenes’ land you said you gave him FOR FREE to build the refinery was not for free but paid for to the tune of $100 million and you swiftly ordered CRUDE SHOULD BE SOLD TO DANGOTE IN NAIRA, where did you see the crude to be sold to Dangote in Naira when you knew that Nigeria had no crude to be sold?

Why do you think that why you and your supporters and government officials tell all these damaging stories against Buhari, the Daura, Katsina State-born Mr Integrity still walks tall to the extent that he could storm the exalted seat of power you occupy by “our votes” for Council of State meeting Tuesday and nothing could happen to him?

On the loans that Buhari took, how come it is only because of Buhari’s $1.5 billion loan that Nigeria has now been sold under Buhari whereas the loan that is hung on Nigeria in its entirety across the successive administrations plus yours as sitting President is quite over $40 billion and Nigeria outside of Buhari’s $1.5 billion was not sold to incapacity? How come?

You were National Leader of the Party (APC) under Buhari and you proudly answered to that with your men holding vantage positions in the administration and the government you run now is the continuation of that same APC you led against sitting President, who should naturally (by PDP’s design) be Leader of the Party, how come you cannot give us a straight account of the crude status of our country as our President currently? We need to know.

Again, remember that your NSA had been reportedly, and widelyvtoo, said that Buhari stole all the money in the treasury that you had no money to run the country. But since you came to power in May, beginning from June 2023, you have shared more money in palliatives (that Nigerians still do not see) than Buhari spent in building the long-dillapidated road, railways and airport infrastructures as well as agricultures with manufacturers no longer closing shops (as Nigerians could see) across the country. Am I wrong? But I am correct. Where did Buhari see the money to build those things?

Through information released to us by his Presidential Media Aides: Mr. Femi Adesina , #MallamGarbaShehu and Madam Due Process Lauretta Onochie whom I still trust like never before, he funded most of those projects with Islamic Finance e.g. SUKUK like most of South East governments did in their region and some kind of not-direct cash-based loans from China. Was it Islamic Development Bank in Saudi Arabia that Buhari sold Nigeria to and there is therefore no crude oil to be sold only when it comes to quest for the functionality of the only Nigeria’s privately owned refinery?

We also read that some kind of group of oil refinery investors were coming up under your new administration to put on ground a refinery in the same Lekki area where Dangote, according to your government, is producing substandards. Which crude do you intend to sell to them when they start?

Have I asked too many or too much questions? I don’t think so. This is a responsibility (support) that I owe even you as my nation’s government leader to succeed and that is what Barrack Obama called number one requirement of patriotism. The then United States President had said, “Supporting the President of your country is patriotism.”

Well, I think Nigerians are getting now what they asked for by their insincerity towards Buhari’s government. We told them that that time that: “This President is sincere, he is not a thief, he has even commandeered his eldest son Yusuf to go to his farm as manager as he had no business living in the Villa”, but we were seeing Yusuf’s power bike failing to see the human misfortune of his accident as we overblown the cost of the power bike to N84 million. Where was that power bike manufactured to cost such much?

Many that called themselves suddenly withdrew and turned BATists short time into Buhari Administration and we started to allow ethnic profiling cause us the misfortune of not supporting the President we all could proudly say we voted for in rain, sunshine and even slept at polling boots to vote. All Yoruba, Benin, Igbo boys we knew to be behind criminalities in our Southern regions were no longer committing robbery, kidnapping, ritual killings. The only criminals we knew in Yoruba Land, Igbo Land and even in areas where Edo Boys at Benin ByePass used to lay ambush were all carried out by Fulani because the President of our country was Fulani man that Buhari is.

Even when he was spending money to rebuild the four refineries nobody except he and he alone built decades ago as Federal Commissioner for Petroleum and Niger Delta Avengers of post-Jonathan defeat era were bombing them and advanced Biafra Republic agitations started to go violent, we had Yoruba lawyers, sitting Governor and former Minister, who stood very vocal against moves by Buhari to deploy soldiers especially to curb the incessant bombing of the oil installations, leading to Shell having to leave Nigeria. Each bombed pipeline cist Buhari unexpected N600 million to repair while Shell contrubuted the remaining N400 million (60-40%) according to my direct Shell source.

But since Tinubu came now, not only that there has been no single crime that any Yoruba has committed being tge President is Yoruba (no need to ask IGP to check for us) even, very many hungry and pained Yoruba people have still managed to boast publicly that Tinubu must be re-elected or any dissenting voice is attacked.

How much did Buhari pay in subsidy to keep fuel not more than N184/N185 per litre, at worst, for his 8 years. Today we are told that Tinubu has removed subsidy and Tinubu himself, although he doesn’t talk directly to us as nation people but did in recent nationwide broadcast, insist confirned there is no going back on subsidy removal, we have had quality oil sector leaders who have come out to tell us that fuel would have been costlier than it is currently sold per litre if not that Tinubu is paying over N1 trillion monthly to subsidise. TUC President said same at a summit function where the same Mele Kyari that denied we are niw told has requested to be paid differences on imported fuel for certain period. Up till now we are not told the truth about the real status of subsidy in our country.

Now, whereas Mr. Femi Adesina, Laureta Onichie were up and doing releasing infornation, updates about the workings of government to us during the same Buhari government this same Ajuri Ngelale was part of and we always still called for Buhari’s head saying he was not telling us what was going on and we had no situation of Femi Adesina giving an infornation yesterday and Garba Shehu or Laureta Onochie or #BashirAhmad denying it the next day, do we not have our cup full now as we now have unprecedented situation of over 1000% (one thousand percent) increase on price of fuel and dollar exchange rate? Fuel highest under Buhari was N185 at virtually zero filling stations queue. That is now between N750 and N850 per litre with obvious filling stations queues here and there nationwide. Dollar? Make a no talk. WE ASKED FOR IT BUT GOD WILL SEE US THROUGH.
Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele WARNINGS TO THE NATIONS have told Mr President what to do to make Nigeria better. Uche Diala also said his own. Hon Uche Onyeagucha abd Prof Jibril Ibrahim too did.
