Col Adole made Chairman, as Tinubu appoints other members of Christian Pilgrim Commission

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of nine qualified Nigerians to serve on the Board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC).

This was made known In a statement dated January 10, 2024, signed by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, and copied to The DEFENDER on Wednesday.

According to the statement, Colonel Aloche Adole has been named the new Chairman of the Board to work with eight other members including: Dr. Stephen Adegbite — Secretary, Omowumi Olubunmi Ogunlola — Member, South West, Clement Alobu Nweke — Member, South East, Chief Prince Weli Wosu — Member, South South, Prof. Joseph Haruna Mamman — Member, North West, Dr. Toma Hamidu Ragnjiya — Member, North East, Dr. Simon Abu Samson Dolly — Member, North Central and Bishop Raphael Benjamin Nwankwo — Representative, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).

Ngelale added that the President charged the new appointees to consider their appointments as an opportunity to serve the nation and, as such, that they should wholly commit themselves to the important purpose.
