Scores of terrorists eliminated, as Army troops recover firearms in Lake Chad
Gallant troops of Operation LAKE SANITY, in Monday, neutralised several Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists in what believed to be part of the ongoing clearance operation at the Lake Chad axis.
In a statement posted on the HQ Nigerian Army’s Facebook page, the Military High Command added that the troops also recovered weapons and several other equipment.
The post further showed that Boko Haram/ISWAP Central Vehicle Fabrication Workshop and several bunkers were also discovered and destroyed.
“Gallant troops of Operation LAKE SANITY today (Monday) neutralized several terrorists and recovered weapons/ equipment around the Lake Chad axis. BokoHaram/ISWAP Central Vehicle Fabrication Workshop & several bunkers were also discovered and destroyed.”
