Galadima of Akure, Alhaji Kasumu Yesufu Adefaka, has Ben greeted by very important personalities from across Nigeria n his 90th birthday.
Among them are pioneer Vice Chancellor University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Professor Fola Lasisi, former and current Commanders, Nigerian Army Ordnance Corps Headquarters, Major General Adekunle Abdullahi Martins and Major General AO Akintade, respectively, spokesmen of Deji of Akure, Ondo State and Crescent University Abeokuta, Ogun State Michael Adeyeye, and Alhaji Idris Katib, respectively, Vice Principal Academic, Nigeria Tulip International Colleges, Ogun/Lagos Branch (Turkish school), Mr. Olayinka Aderoju, Matriarch of the Kola Animasaun Family, Alhaja Dupe Animasaun, many wesh wishers in the Diaspora.
Others are Dean, Faculty of Science, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Professor Abiodun Emmanuel Ayodele, a World Bank appointed official, Dr. Munirat Ogunlayi, Aquinas College Akure Old Boys Association (ACAOBA), journalists from across the media including NTA, Vanguard, Guardian, and very many well wishers from the security and Intelligence communities, all of who wished the nanogenarian many happy returns as they prayed for him, his children and the entire members of the Adefaka royal family.

Alhaji Adefaka, who is currently relaxing in Lagos, spent his life admonishing his children on two things: remembering God in all that they do and “if you cannot improve on my name, leave it as it is”.
The Prince of Double Kingdoms (Osolo of Isolo and Deji of Akure) is a former banker of defunct Trust and Cooperative Bank and retired from public service of Ondo State Cooperative and Produce Marketing Union in 1983.
He is father to Saliu Babatunde Adefaka, a former banker and businessman, Lamidi Oluwole Adefaka, Sadiku Oluwatayo Adefaka, former staff of Michellen, WarriAWarri Refinery, Delta State, Sakariyau Akinsehinwa Adefaka, Immigration Officer, Ondo State Command, Falilat Florence Ibitoye, a Matron with Ondo State Hospital Management Board, Founder and Publisher, Defender Media Limited, publishers of The DEFENDER Newspaper, Bashir Adefaka among others.
