Buhari presides 2018 first FEC meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the first Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in 2018 at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa Abuja on Wednesday.

The meeting started exactly 11am with virtually all the Ministers in attendance as it is the first FEC after the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Present at the meeting were the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Hajia Adiza Bala-Usman and the Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dakukuku Peterside, alongside other staff of the agency, who were expected to make presentations at the FEC meeting.

Also on ground to make presentation to the FEC was the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu.
