Celebrating with Crescent University’s new Pro-Chancellor, Alhaji Rafiu Adisa Ebiti, FCA

It is gladdening to unveil that three of the beneficiaries of his scholarships at Crescent University will be graduating at this 18th Convocation and he is so excited that one of them, Mujeebat Idris is graduating with a first class in Law.
Wealth is not measured by the volume of money, assets and worldly belongings. Wealth is measured by the enormity of impact individuals have made on fellow beings. So, the best similitude of those who spend especially to positively impact on humanity is vividly described by the Creator of beings at the beginning of this piece.
One of the personalities in this year’s limelight at the 18th Convocation of the prestigious Crescent University, Abeokuta, Alhaji Rafiu Adisa Ebiti, has long demonstrated this quality of giving to make enduring impact. As the brainchild of Ibeji Foundation, he has offered hundreds of scholarships to brilliant students across public and private universities in Nigeria.

Alhaji Ebiti’s support and philanthropy to Crescent University date back to the days of the late Founder, His Excellency Prince Bola Ajibola. This has remained same ever after his glorious passage.
In recognition of his long standing relationship with and numerous contributions to the development of Crescent University, Abeokuta, he has being conferred with Doctor of Science (DSc) Honoris Causa in Business Administration and Investiture as Pro-Chancellor of this great institution.
Ebiti is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University in Ife, Osun State of Nigeria. He is a fellow the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), seasoned Accountant/Administrator and entrepreneur of note.
He started his professional career with an international renowned firm of chartered accountants, KPMG, where he handles large and medium sized audit of companies in different sector of the economy.
On behalf of the Proprietor and Chairman, Board of Trustees, Prince Muhammed Adesegun Ajibola SAN, the Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff and students of Crescent University, I congratulate the philanthropist par excellence, Alhaji Rafiu Adisa Ebiti, a distinguished fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) on this auspicious occasion.
