Former Chairman of the Board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Lauretta Onochie, had a closed door meeting with National Secretary of the opposition coalition’s African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, on Thursday July 24, 2025.
Onochie, who served first as Special Assistant to the President on Social and Digital Media before his NDDC appointment by then President Muhammadu Buhari, disclosed her meeting with Aregbesola via her verified Facebook timeline Friday afternoon.
Describing the former Osun State Governor and Minister of the Interior as “big brother”, the no-nonsense Diasporan United Kingdom said her discussion with Aregbesola centered around recovery of the nation.
“Yesterday, Big brother and Secretary of the African Democratic Congress [ADC], Ogbeni RAUF AREGBESOLA and yours truly, had a meeting. It was centered around recovering our nation from her captives.
“God bless Nigeria,” Lauretta Onochie said.
