RERUN ELECTION: NNPP comdemns attacks ‘by APC thugs’ on innocent voters

Kano State Chapter of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), under the leadership of Dr. Hashim Suleiman Dungurawa, has condemned the brutal attack on innocent voters in Kunchi/Tsanyawa State Assembly constituency.
The condemnation was contained in a statement by Dr. Hashim Suleiman Dungurawa, Chairman, NNPP Kano State Chapter, dated Saturday 3rd Feb. 2024 and copy of which was obtained by The DEFENDER.
“We noticed with dismay, the sporadic attacks on the unsuspecting voters with the aim to disenfranchise them from exercising their civic rights.
“Since last night, we sighted the deployment of thousands of thugs hired by the APC to distract the election process,” said Dr. Hashimu Dungurawa
The NNPP, however, appreciated the efforts of security forces for protecting the lives of people in the affected areas.
