The concern was raised by the Acting state Chairman of the party, Mukhtar Lugga, while briefing journalists in his office on the alleged bribe given to the judges of the tribunal by APC to deliver judgment in their favour.

He said currently there is video circulating in the social media posted by an APC supporter, Anas Anka, boasting that the tribunal has been induced with money to write judgment of the tribunal in favour of the APC.

In the said video, Anas was heard telling his friends how APC has made adequate arrangements to buy judgment in its favour.

The PDP condemned the video and called on security agencies to investigate by finding the source of the video to avoid back clash with the judiciary.

The party called on National Judicial Council (NJC) to order full investigation on the allegations of foul play leveled against judges of the tribunal by Anas Anka.

The PDP also appealed to Department of State Services (DSS) to invite the Editor-in-Chief of the Thunder Blower TV, Anas Anka, for questioning and retrieve the yet to be delivered judgment he claimed to have in his possession on the outstanding cases of the tribunal.

Lugga called on a former Governor of Zamfara State and Senator of Zamfara West, Abdulaziz Yari, to as a matter of urgency clear his name from the allegations of bribery, financial inducement and corruption levelled against him by Anas Anka.

He further said the PDP was compelled and duty-bound as a congregation of responsible citizens that bear true allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria to bring the issues to the authorities, in order to forestall the possibility of breakdown of law and order as well as protect the integrity of the judiciary.
