The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, under the leadership of Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani, has again commended the judiciary for standing by the truth against falsehood in further deepening the nation’s democracy.
Federal High Court, Gusau’s judgement is an affirmation of APC leadership under His Excellency Mai-Mala Buni in religiously following the provisions of the party’s constitution to do the right thing in fairness to all members, Yusuf Idris Gusau, APC State Publicity Secretary, said.
“Some yet to be verified members of the party, who in pursuance of their dream, challenged the party over the dissolution of Lawal M Liman exco by the national leadership, which was unceremoniously thrown to their confused faces for lack of merit and their ignorance in taking to the court what presiding Justice Aminu Bappa said is “a party affair” that shouldn’t have been brought to the court.
“Having thrashed out the case, for lack of jurisdiction goes further to say that the nation’s judicial system still gives hope to the innocent, the rightful and the hopeless
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara state will continue to be guided by its party constitution in carrying out all its activities.
“We commend the patience and understanding of our genuine party members during the court case
