*Says looters want to return to power because President Buhari has made Nigeria attractive again
Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, has once again dished a big blow at #CorruptionFightBack agents in Nigeria.
She told why, despite their difficulty in accepting that corruption is a collective disaster that must be tackled collectively, the elements working against the anti-corruption crusade of the Muhammadu Buhari Administration does not have the licence to stop citizens who insist on the need to kill corruption before it kills Nigeria.
The body language expert and dogged fighter of the Buharism political ideology was responding to a tweet by one Ebikapade Amasuomo, PhD @EbiXkapade who on @TheNationNews tried to disparage her and the pro-better Nigerian course she and other pro-Buharists believe in.
Amasuomo had said, “I understand that this is your job but the interest of all Nigerians should supersede your personal gains, stop supporting a regime that promote poverty & killings across Nigeria. Nigerians are poorer now than they were 4 yrs ago. Nothing is working under Buhari. #nothingpersonal”.
Replying to him, the no-nonsense Lauretta fired back in subtle manner.
“Thank you @TheNationNews. Nigeria is now very attractive to looters. All that juicy dollars in the Foreign reserve? And in the Treasury Single Account? More efficient NNPC, CBN, FIR, CUSTOMS and even JAMB…. We’ll stop them. God bless Nigeria,” she said.
The presidential aide added, “I can understand how painful it is for you to read my tweets. But you brought it on yourself. You know you are an advocate of corruption, yet you follow me. I’ll not lower my standard for your sake. And you are not in a position to dictate what I should tweet and how to tweet it.
