United States President Donald Trump has appointed Dr. Karl Von Batten, Managing Partner of Von Batten-Montague-York, L.C., to serve as a commissioner on a presidential commission at the White House.
The lobbying and public affairs firm announced the appointment in a statement, describing it as a major honour for its managing partner and a recognition of his longstanding commitment to public service and leadership.
Announcing the development on X, the statement said, “Von Batten-Montague-York, L.C. is proud to announce that President Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) has appointed our Managing Partner, Dr. Karl Von Batten, to serve the United States of America as a Commissioner on a @WhiteHouse presidential commission.”
According to the firm, Von Batten expressed appreciation to President Trump for the confidence placed in him through the appointment.
“Dr. Von Batten is deeply grateful to President Trump for this appointment and for the confidence placed in him,” the statement said.
The firm said the presidential appointment represented a “tremendous honour” and reflected Von Batten’s commitment to serving the United States.
