“They carry dollars and euros”, Sheikh Gummi reportedly drops bombshell claim on real sponsors of Boko Haram

The revelation by Gummi underscores seriousness of allegations yet unaddressed including by a serving US Congressman, Scott Henry’s claim, confirming that United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded terrorist organisations including Boko Haram. This came up in a TVC discussion to state the extent it provoked public discussion.
Nigeria’s Islamic scholar and medical doctor, Sheikh Ahmad Gummi, has dropped a fresh concern with, this time, an accusation that foreign powers are secretly creating and funding terrorist groups operating in Nigeria.

He said the foreign powers, who many say see “destabilisation and the be invited to assist” as tactics to re-enter Nigeria at all cost, are the real sponsors of terrorist organisations particularly Boko Haram troubling the country.
Speaking during an interview with Trust TV, Sheikh Gummi questioned the real source of the weapons and finances sustaining the insurgents, insisting that the same forces urging Nigeria to fight terrorism are behind its existence.
Sheikh Gummi revealed that Nigerian military leaders have repeatedly disclosed that arrested Boko Haram fighters, especially in the Northeast, are often found in possession of foreign currencies such as euros and dollars.
Gumi further argued that the advanced weapons used by the terrorists point to backing from a powerful foreign nation with a history of interfering in other countries’ affairs. According to him, these revelations raise serious questions about global hypocrisy in the so-called war on terror and demand deeper scrutiny beyond local blame.
From the revelations by Gummi and US Congressman, the allegations drop more on US as funder and sponsor of terrorism especially Boko Haram in Nigeria.
“US Congressman has since exposed this. Serving Congressman. If you hear people saying our collaborator in fight against terrorists cannot be America, this is the reason behind religious concerns that people are expressing. To worsen it, Trump says he is here for religion. Why would Tinubu allow the cause of our problem to tackle the problem? The television, TVC, which broadcast this is his own television station. We are not lying,” said a respondent who refused to be identified.
