In a statement by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, the Servant of the Most High God made it known that confusion will continue to linger in the present government and it will have an unpleasant impact on the country and its citizens.

The DEFENDER reports that Primate Babatunde Ayodele had, in his 2024/2025 edition of Warning To The Nations (WTN), warned President Tinubu to do all that he could to avert a nationwide protest that would be very devastating.

He said preventing the protest would be no more than him doing what is right so that Nigerians would access good things of life.

But Tinubu, instead of heeding the primate’s spiritual warning, allegedly took to spending money, while his formal and informal supporters engaged in propaganda that further caused division among the tribes, as hungry Nigerians turned against one another and those with Yoruba sentiment openly attacked fellow hungry citizens who dared to complain about their hardship.

The protest, despite earlier warning by the cleric, took place and the nation is yet to recover from the confusion it caused. Prophet Elijah Babatunde Ayodele said the confusion is yet to start as more is on the way insisting that only good governance can stop Nigerians from rising up in protest.

However, in the new statement, Ayodele said, “When I said diesel would be N1500, petrol would be increased to N1,000, and it would go to N1,500, people said I am a doom prophet; they sponsored stories against me but now, they have come to pass. I am seeing another protest coming up, which will cripple the economy for two weeks. I really pity this country because even some banks will not be able to cope except the president does the needful.

“There is confusion in Tinubu’s government, it will deal with Nigerians economically, security and in all aspects. When we refuse to vote for God’s choice, this is going to be the result and I don’t see how Nigerians will be comfortable because the price of food commodities will still go haywire, there’s serious hardship and I advise the president not to allow it to go beyond this year because what I am seeing ahead is massive.

“As it is going, petrol will still be sold for N1,300 and it will get to a stage where the government will call for recapitalization in different sectors; call tariffs would also be increased. The confusion hasn’t started yet.”
